Important Reminders:
The cut-off date to book reservations for Lago Mar Resort under the special negotiated rate is quickly approaching -> May 23, 2025
After 5 PM on this date, the rooms not yet booked will be removed from our group block, and the group rate will no longer be valid.
If planning on getting a room, please mention our CGHS 40th reunion Rate.
Please remit your payment for tix as soon as possible. We need to start finalizing details for catering.

Friday, June 20- Welcome Happy Hour / Registration 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM / Fountain View Lobby - Lago Mar Resort
Join us for Hors-d'oeuvres and Drinks (Premium Drinks and appetizers included first hour - Cash Bar after first hour)
Saturday, June 21 - Reunion Celebration / Dinner 6:30 PM - 10:00 PM / Lake View Room - Lago Mar Resort
- Reunion fun will begin at 6:30 with drinks and dinner at The Lake View Room.
- DJ Dimitri will help us on the dance floor, so please send us your favorite dance tunes!
- There will be a table to honor the memory of our classmates who have passed. We will have donation envelopes in their names for those who wish to donate to our Alma Mater.
- Ruffle Baskets Donated by our alums will also be a fun memory. Please let Courtney or Maria Know if you can make a basket donation as soon as possible. We have included basket ideas below. All are available except the Roadside / First Aid Assistance Basket, which has already been donated.

Room Reservations for our group are now available.
Please Call Reservations at 1-800-524-6627 as soon as possible and ask for the "Cardinal Gibbons High School Class of 85 / 40th Class Reunion Block Rate" by April 1, 2025. Reservations made after are based on room type availability and cost when booking the reservation.
The following net group rates will apply for the room block:
• $225.00 applies for Executive Suites, King or Doubles
• $265.00 applies for Poolview One Bedroom Suites
• $295.00 applies for Deluxe One Bedroom Suites
• $325.00 applies for Oceanside One Bedroom Suites
• $375.00 applies for Oceanfront One Bedroom Suites
These discounts are based on our commitment to secure at least 40 rooms anytime from Thursday to Monday. If you stay two nights, it will count as two out of 40. We took a survey and were able to achieve that number. If you have family members or friends who wish to use our discount on those dates, it will help with the room total. They have to reference the CGHS Class of 85/40th block rate.

1. **Gift Baskets**: We are eager to delight our guests with an array of fun and festive gift baskets at the event! We encourage you to contribute items of your choosing, and why not team up with a classmate for added creativity?
