Three victims were killed in a two-car collision early yesterday on Hwy 25 near Foley. The State Patrol identified the dead as Raulyn Moulzolf 30, St. Cloud, who was driving one car, and two people in the second car, Christopher Shimota, 30, Eden Prairie, and Deanna Bukovich, 30, Minneapolis.
