Make a Donation

We would love to receive donations and sponsorships toward making the Reunion affordable to ALL our classmates.  The truth is that for those coming from out of town, travel and lodging costs are already significant.  As we work on the main event dinner, program and music, and surrounding events, we want to keep the price down.  So, please consider these three ways to donate:

1)  Individual Donation

We will accept any amount of donation from individuals who have a heart to donate to bring down the reunion costs for everyone so that more people can attend.  This can be any amount - large or small - and will cover the cost of things like name tags, program printing, decorations, signage, AV equipment rental, webpage costs, etc.!  

Unless the giver donates to the level of a silver, gold or platinum sponsorship, those choosing this option are not individually named.

2)  Business & Individual Sponsorship

Select a Level of Sponsorship for general donation toward all of the cost involved in making the reunion a reality:

• • $50 - Silver
  • $250- Gold
  • $500- Platinum

Silver, Gold, and Platinum sponsors will be identified in the program and at the main event dinner.

3)  Event-related Sponsorships

These sponsorships will help make the main Saturday night event more affordable, or will enhance surrounding events by providing food and beverages.  

• • Friday Night Poolside Event (providing drinks & Hors d'Oeuvres)
    • Cost:  $500

• • Saturday Night Pre-Dinner Reception  (providing drinks & Hors d'Oeuvres)
    • Cost:  $500

• • Saturday Night Dessert Buffet
    • Cost:  $350 (This will help make the main event/dinner more affordable for our classmates)

• • Sunday Morning Reflections at the Beach
    • Cost:  $250 (This will provide coffee, bagels, and cream cheese to those gathering at the resort beach area or pool)

Event sponsors will be identified in the program, at the dinner, and at the specific events they are sponsoring.
