Reunion Dues
We are thrilled to bring everyone together for our upcoming family reunion! To make this event memorable and enjoyable for all, we need to cover several essential expenses, including 3-4 catered meals and beverages, professional photography, music, venue fees, decorations, welcome bags, and party essentials.
While we wish we could host this event at no cost to everyone, unfortunately, the expenses add up, and we can't make it happen without support from each family member. Your contribution through dues is vital in helping us create a fantastic experience and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Please note:
- Dues must be paid to attend the reunion. Please see the breakdown of fees for each individual below, based on age group.
- Travel and transportation costs are the responsibility of each individual family.
- Shirts will be available for purchase; pricing is to be determined as we finalize vendor arrangements.
- We are exploring additional fundraising opportunities, such as selling books, bags, and other items, to help offset costs.
- All payment options below require the full amount listed and selected.
- Payment plans can be combined with standard dues and/or deposits to help you design a payment schedule that fits your needs.
- The deadline to pay all reunion dues is April 24, 2026.
- A deposit is required for each individual planning to attend if you’re not able to pay the full reunion dues by July 15, 2025.
- Deposits are necessary to help estimate headcount early on, which is vital for determining venue size, arranging supplies, and covering upfront costs like venue deposits to hold our dates.
- If you are paying in full before July 15, 2025, no deposit is required.
- The deadline to pay all reunion dues is April 24, 2026
