Funeral services were held for Michael "D" Van Fleet, 17, of Farmington, who died Dec 13, 1972 of an auto accident.
Michael was born March 1, 1955 in Salt Lake City to Paul H. and Ila Renee Lunda Van Fleet. He was a student at Davis High School, Member of the LDS Church; Priest in Farmington First Ward; Eagle Scout; and Order of the Arrow; member of National High School Rodeo Association; member of Golden Spike Rodeo Association.
Survivors include his parents of Farmington; three sisters, Debra, Julie, Sandra, all of Farmington; and three grandparents.

Calvin Carter Ward, born October 11, 1955 to Max Randall and Aldoria Carter Ward in Idaho Falls, Idaho, passed away unexpectedly in his home in Randolph Utah on November 11, 2019. He is leaving a big hole in our lives and hearts but we know he is home with his Heavenly Father. Calvin graduated from Davis High School and seminary in 1973. He then served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Tokyo Japan from 1974 to 1976. His mission helped expand his very picky eating habits.

Teresa LaVerne Laak (Wolfe)

Mrs. Teresa LaVerne Wolfe Laak, 22, of Farmington, formerly of Ogden, died Monday, Feb. 21, 1977, in St. Mark's Hospital in Salt Lake City.
She was born March 9, 1955, in Amarillo, Tex., a daughter of Herman Ernest and Charlene LaVerne Webb Wolfe.
She married and later divorced Gary Roger Laak, and was a member of the Evangelical Free Church and was a graduate of Davis High School.
Surviving are her parents of Farmington; three brothers and one sister, Ernest Dee Wolfe, Kathleen Wolfe, Paul Wolfe and Thomas Wolfe, all of Farmington, and two of her grandparents.

Martha Hess (Zollinger)

Martha Zollinger Hess, born July 29, 1955, passed away in the early morning hours of July 1, 2012, after a courageous and exhausting 15- year battle with Multiple Myeloma and related complications. She often said, "Life does not have to be perfect to be wonderful!"
Martha grew up in Kaysville, Utah, the daughter (6th child) of Clinton and Ethel Zollinger. She graduated from BYU in 1977 in nursing/psychology after marrying her sweetheart, Paul W. Hess, on August 26, 1976 in the Salt Lake Temple.
