Welcome to the 52nd annual Evans Family Reunion website! We are excited and grateful to continue this cherished tradition of family, love, and legacy. Our roots are deep, having begun beneath the shade trees of Gray, GA, and this reunion promises to be a wonderful opportunity for everyone to reconnect and make more beautiful memories.

While some of our final details are still being ironed out, we are excited to announce we are no open for registration! In response to numerous requests, we have added an extra day to the reunion, allowing families the option to extend their vacation time.

Here are some of the activities we have planned: 

• Thursday, Aug 1: Kick off the reunion with our Pre-Reunion Mixer. It's the perfect setting to catch up with family members you haven't seen in a while, and meet the newest additions to our family. For those who come in on Thursday we are planning an outing at Top Golf- Tampa- the PREMIER entertainment venue in Tampa!
• Friday, Aug 2: Registration begins at 1 pm and runs until 7 pm. After everyone is settled in, we will have our T-shirt Meet n Greet with Game Night from 7pm-10pm! Enjoy food, spirits, laughter, games, family and prizes! Sign up for the spades tournament and bingo! 
• Saturday, Aug 3: Daytime is your free time! Explore, relax, and enjoy the company of family. We are planning activities for young and old alike, from a visit to the aquariaum to golfing, to strolling along the riverwalk and so much more!
• On Saturday evening, don your finest white attire and join us from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm for the spectacular "Evans in All White Yacht Dinner Cruise". Enjoy breathtaking views and delicious cuisine as we cruise into the sunset.
• After the dinner cruise, you are again on your own- venture to HardRock Casino or just chill in the lobby area and share stories with family. 
• Sunday, Aug 4: We will close out our reunion with a Prayer Service. After breakfast, we will gather in our meeting space for bon voyage prayer and reunion closeout.
