Mark Guy is a former wide receiver and kick returner who played in the Canadian Football League with the Saskatchewan Roughriders and Calgary Stampeders.

He played college football at the University of Tennessee at Martin and high school football at Olive Branch High School.

He was also a member of the Detroit Drive of the Arena Football League.

Mark Guy won the Grey Cup Championship with the Saskatchewan Roughriders in 1989 and the Arena Bowl Championship with the Detroit Drive in 1992.
