Chuckle Humdy was born August 13,1949 and passed November 24, 2024. At 19, he was drafted into the Army and quickly sent to Vietnam. He was sent home with a head injury, which changed the course of his life. In spite of his mental status, he was pretty self sufficient. In later years, Chuckle became homeless for a short time, and lived in a bush. This would again make a huge change in his mental status. Once he was found, and placed in his own house, his mental status improved. For the last 17 years he has lived peacefully and very spoiled. Chuckle enjoyed spending time reminiscing about family, food and music. His stories were hilarious and always positive. He had an exceptional ability to recall musical lyrics from all genres. I would often take notes to look up the songs. He was always right. Taking care of my brother was not only an honor, but a gift from God. He is greatly missed daily.
