• To confirm your reservation, a valid credit card is required. Your card will only be charged at check-in. If you cancel before the hotel’s deadline, no charges will be applied.
• A daily hold of $100 will be placed on the guest’s credit card to cover any incidental charges. If no incidental charges are incurred during the stay, the Hotel will release the authorization hold upon departure. Please note that it may take three to seven business days, depending on your financial institution, for the funds to appear back in your account.
• For the comfort of all the guests, this hotel is entirely smoke-free.
• Arrive early or stay a bit longer! Our group rate is available the day before and the day after the reunion so that you can make the most of our time together.

Furry family members are welcome. Pets under 25 pounds are allowed for a non-refundable fee of $50 per stay (or $20 per night), with an additional $25 fee for a second pet. A maximum of two pets is allowed per room.
