Sponsored and created by the Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated ~ Baton Rouge Chapter, the goal of La Rouge Beautillion is to create future leaders by promoting academic excellence and outstanding character. Additionally, program initiatives emphasize the importance of community service. Participants in the Beautillion will embrace an active role in member workshops and events, volunteer and philanthropic work, and build lasting relationships with their Beautillion cohort. 

The program consists of six months of activities that are designed to support leadership development, education, cultural awareness and community service.  Upon conclusion of the six-month period, each young man will be formally introduced to society at the culminating event,
