Thank you to Faye Johnson Barrow for sending me the info on the class reunion web site.  I figured that I'd be among the "lost" this time since we have moved yet again, the last move, I hope!  I'm so excited about next May.  Can't wait to see everyone again.

Great to get a head start on planning.  MC and Beth Ann are great coordinators.  Looking forward to the event.  Beach locations are not as important as having the event in the same hotel in order to spend more time together...besides, my bathing suit has a hole in the knee!

This shows so much work on so many people's part I know we all are grateful to each and every one of them. I do believe this will be the best yet, How can we ever thank those who so diligently put many hours in to this "production"? Mainly by being there. Its wonderful so many are attending as of this date but also bittersweet, that we have lost  many and some just recently, They will sorely be missed, but perhaps we can toast them all at one of our events. Hi there. I am now a retired ER RN. I have 3 children, 9 grand-children & 5 great-grand-children. I have gone to most of the USA (camping), Mexico, Canada, Germany and Austria over the last 50 years. I make my home in the Baltimore area. I was married to Philip Pease for 18 years, and am now married to my partner of 20 years, Deb Csakvary. If I come to the reunion, she won't be able to come due to work restrictions. She's saving time off for her daughter's marriage in October.

Thanks to everyone who is helping us find people.  Your tips and suggestions are definitely making our job easier.  Special thanks to Beth Ann LeGate Pickels, Mary Kay Cowart Montford, Laura Jo Griffin Brewer, Linda Parnell Thrasher, and Patsy Rhodes Johnson for the hours they have spent on the Internet and the phone tracking people down.  The number of red "Founds" on the In Search Of list attests to their hard work.

50 years, what a milestone. Ginger and I have been married for 36 years, have 5 great children, 14 grandchildren. I am a pastor and bring chaplains into businesses here in Jax., I know that may be hard to believe but it\'s true. God is good, and has been very good to me. I am saddened to receive the news this morning that our classmate, Hal Cohen, has passed away.  Hal is the reason that we have music on this website.  He was the one who put the songs from 1960 in a format that I could use them.  My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Planning on being at 50th, it doesn't seem that long ago when we had all that fun!  Thanks to the committe for all the hard work.

I was shocked to see how many of our class are not here anymore, and how many of them I knew. Our class was so huge it was hard to know everyone. My husband and I are looking forward to attending the reunion and getting re-aquainted with all of you.

My sincere thanks to MC and others for this splendid website, and to Beth Ann & Mary Kay for locating me near Chicago.  I am sincerely looking forward to sharing some time, laughs and memories with my classmates.  This will be the beginning of a nice vacation in Florida.  In closing, I too was shocked & saddened by our classmates who have passed on.  Thanks to all, Sincerely, Malcolm

This is a terrific web site.  Extremely well done.  I think we all must look at time differently now than when we were at Lee.  I sometimes wish I could return with the experience and maturity I have gained over the years.  There are a lot of things I would have done better..... Ed

I'vd missed previous reunions due to living all over the country and finding about one or two too late to attend.  Looking forward to seeing everyone and certainly appreciate the hard work of the committee.

The last Reunion we came to was at the beach; funniest event was watching someone get the '57 Chevy stuck in the doorframe ... HA! I, Lenora, did not know a soul there other than Louis; but had a blast anyway!  We both did and it was a nice break for us at the beach.  Looking forward to seeing old friends and catching up!  Will also give us an opportunity to see old friends that Louis knew from years ago.

Looking forward to seeing OLD friends again.

I just saw Beth Walker Slifer '59 today in Vail, Colorado.  She said they just had 50th in Jax.  They had one event in Cummer Art Museum and one at Timaquana Country Club.  I agree, don't want to spend vacation time in Orange Park.  I've been there a bunch in the last few years while my mom was in a nursing home there.   

I would like to see the hotel be more of a resort type. I am sure some of us from out of town would like to combine a couple of vacation days to our trip. I have no desire to spend any vacation time in Orange Park. I would prefer the beach.  Is the old Atlantic Beach Hotel still standing? I remember it being a fun place.

Can't wait for our 50th reunion. it promises to be the best yet, with all the great people working on it. Sorry to have had to miss the planning luncheon. Konw it went well.

Let's all try to make it to the reunion.  It is a blast to see if we can recognize each other.
