I’ve always been a clean-shaven kind of person. But this year, I’m stepping WAY outside my comfort zone for a good cause. I’m growing a mustache - and it’s for the kids!

Now, you may be thinking, “If they can convince you to grow a mustache, it must be for something really important.” And you’re right! I’m participating in Mustaches 4 Kids to raise funds for kids in need, and I’m asking for your help. While I might look a bit ridiculous sporting facial hair I’m not used to, the real goal here is to raise money for children’s programs that make a HUGE difference in their lives.

So, for every dollar you donate, know that it’s going to a great cause—and it’s motivating me to keep that mustache growing. All proceeds from the Mustaches 4 Kids CVille Fundraiser will be split between Foothills Child Advocacy Center and Piedmont CASA. Both organizations' missions promote healing to children who have experienced abuse in greater Charlottesville/Albemarle.
