Janáček's mysterious and eclectic opera, Věc Makropulus (The Makropulos Affair) tells the story of an age-old legal case that centres around the enigmatic of figure Emilia Marty, a famous opera singer. The case deals with and estate claim between Albert Gregor and Baron Jaroslav Prus. Emilia Marty knows much about the details of this case...almost too much. How will it all turn out? Come out on May 3rd to find out!
