In commemoration of National Mental Health Month in May, your National Alliance on Mental Illness of Southeastern AZ (NAMI SEAZ) is gearing up for its 12th Annual March for Mental Health.

                         MARCH for MENTAL HEALTH (M4MH) 2025 SPONSOR --

Your support ensures your local NAMI continues to offer community members and their loved ones affected by mental health conditions evidence-based programs and services addressing their most pressing concerns, at NO cost.

NAMI services feature mutual support, mental health recovery education, problem solving, coping strategies, self-care, community resources, a self-help library, mental health training, public awareness, and much, much more.

NAMI SEAZ's annual M4MH event brings together hundreds of individuals and supporters to celebrate mental health recovery, to honor those who have lost lives to mental illness, and to raise needed funds for NAMI programs, all while promoting mental health awareness in the community. 
 
Funds raised by the M4MH 2025 are entirely devoted to covering:

 

• Curriculum and class materials for signature NAMI programs
  
  

• Technology & equipment to allow for classes and support groups to be offered virtually for those who cannot travel and those living in outlying areas
  
  

• Training for new NAMI facilitators who volunteer their time to lead support groups and classes 
  
  

• Stipends for youth and adults who share their stories to raise community awareness about mental health recovery
  
  

• Other overhead costs (phone, utilities, rent) for delivering services and to maintain the local NAMI Resource Center & mental health library
