Embassy Suites "Old Town" Alexandria Welcomes You to the Nation's Capital!
The Family Reunion Committee is pleased to announce its selection of the Embassy Suites Old Town Alexandria as the site for the 2025 Bogar Family Reunion in Washington, DC. This site is across from the King Street Metro Station, providing easy access to Reagan National Airport and Downtown Washington, DC attractions via DC Metro-Rail. Waterfront amenities such as restaurants, bars, and water taxis are within a mile. A cook-to-order Breakfast and an evening drinks reception are included in your stay.
Only family members who've paid their registration fees can reserve their rooms at the contract rate. So please, take care of your registration fees as soon as possible.
(one king-size bed) Room Rate: $165 + Taxes (currently 15.5% & $1.50 per day for hotel occupancy tax). (This 2-room suite can sleep up to four comfortably).
(two double beds) Room Rate: $185 + Taxes (currently 15.5% & $1.50 per day for hotel occupancy tax). (This 2-room suite can sleep up to six comfortably).
***Connecting suites are available, but you must register early, as the number of connecting suites are limited (once you've made your reservations, please contact the hotel to confirm connecting rooms***

Overnite Self-Parking: Free
** Check-in Time: 4 PM. Checkout Time: 11 AM
** There are no early checkout fees (see desk receptionist for details regarding late checkout if applicable to your stay).
