Annyesha Ennyece Hill was born November 22, 1986 to Paul and Doris Hill and was affectionately known as “Muffin” and, as a young child, “Miss Muffin”. Although she was the youngest of eight children, she was little “grown” and loved to eat chocolate muffins hence the name “Miss Muffin”.

Muffin was always a happy person. She was happy because she worshipped the happy God Jehovah with all her heart from her youth up. This prompted her to symbolize her dedication to Jehovah God by water baptism on February 4, 2006. She was very strong and determined and remained faithful to the end of her life as she refused to violate Jehovah’s law after suffering complications from surgery. She knew she would gain the real life that Jehovah promises – perfect life, with perfect conditions under God’s Kingdom. Muffin fell asleep in death on Wednesday, August 25, 2021.

Despite many trials in her young life, she remained prayerful and faithful as she allowed Jehovah to massage her heart to help her remain peaceful and happy. Daily, she turned to God’s word and searched JW.org for encouraging Bible videos and articles so she could maintain her loyalty to Jehovah. All could see how Jehovah supported and helped her maintain her infectious laugh and a smile that could light up any room.

Professionally, Annyesha studied and worked as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, and she chose to work with the senior community for more than twelve years. Her love for people, especially the elderly, was evident in the care and concern she showed for them. She would often share her experiences as it gave her great joy to talk about how she was able to help and comfort her patients despite any challenges such as the recent pandemic.

Our Muffin was adventurous and loved to travel the world and explore various places and cultures. Prior to the pandemic, she was fortunate to visit Warwick Bethel and enjoy the house of her God. She also enjoyed shopping even if it was just window shopping. She had an amazing sense of style and fashion. She loved to joke and laugh. Often, we received phone or video calls and text messages from her that highlighted her humor, her wit, and her ability to lighten the mood. No situation was too serious that she couldn’t find a bright side.

Muffin was very loved by her HUGE family - her father, mother, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunties, uncles, and cousins. She was also deeply loved by her friends, her congregation and so many in the therapy community. All who know and love her will miss her dearly.
