Friday, August 29, 2025 Moore Love and Moore Laughter Family Gala

Location: Havelock Civic Center, 201 Tourist Center Drive, Havelock, NC 28532
Doors Open: 5:00 PM

Dress Code:

*Matriarchs over 60: Black Attire
*All Other Family Members: Royal Blue

Tickets:

Adults: $65.00 per person                                                                                                                                                                                                Children (ages 3-12): $35.00 per person

Schedule:

*5:00 PM: (Family Member Sign-In )Please sign in upon arrival to help us keep track of attendance and ensure a warm welcome for   everyone.
*6:00 PM: Scheduled Dinner Enjoy a sumptuous dinner provided by Flame Restaurant, business address: 2301 Neuse Blvd, New Bern, NC   28560.
*Photo Booth: Capture fun and memorable moments with a 2-hour photo booth by La'Moore Media, located at 211 Western Blvd Suite   H, Jacksonville, NC 28546

*Entertainment: Live DJ, Darren Parker (DJ D-Nice) from Kinston, NC, will keep the music and energy flowing.
*Door Prizes: Exciting free prizes will be given away to lucky attendees!
*Each vendor is booked and scheduled for the event. If there's an unforeseen change with any vendor, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Saturday, August 30, 2025 Moore Love, Moore Laughter BBQ Kick-off

Location: The Homestead, 705 Cahooque Creek Road, Havelock, NC 28532
Time: 3:00 PM onwards

Event Highlights:

*Family Games: Engage in friendly competition with tug-of-war and scavenger hunts.
*Bounce House: Kids can enjoy hours of fun jumping and playing in a bounce house.
*BBQ Feast: Enjoy a delicious barbecue with a variety of grilled meats, side dishes, and refreshments.

Sunday, August 31, 2025 Family Worship Service

Location: Hyman Chapel
Time: 11:00 AM

Join us for a meaningful church service as part of our family reunion festivities. We will gather to celebrate our faith and gratitude that strengthens our family bonds in a spirit of love and unity.
 
Participants:

Please RSVP at your earliest convenience to confirm your attendance. Please submit payments no later than May 20th, 2025. Timely submission of funds is essential for the successful planning of the event.
