Fashions

Pure and simple, the 70's generation understood their culture and were BOLD. 1973 fashion was influenced by the hippie look with big hair and non-traditional clothing with colorful patterns. Bell Bottom pants, frayed jeans, midi skirts and maxi dresses, hip huggers, earth shoes, clogs, tie dye t-shirts and gypsy dresses were popular. Long hair, big hair, afros were in style.
