  • When is the deadline for registration and payment?
    • May 1st, 2025
  • Will there be transportation for attendees?
    • Transportation will not be provided however we encourage use of ride share services. See travel and accommodations page for some rental car options.
  • What will the weather be?
    • Typically, the summers are hot and possibly humid. Please pack accordingly. Suggestions: Suncreen, umbrella, poncho, etc. 
  • Will there be activities for children?
    • There will be fun acitivities for kids throughout the weekend. Please see To Do in ATL page for additional activities. 
  • Is alcohol included in the registration price?
    • There will be a cash bar available at the banquet, but please note that alcohol is not permitted in the park.
  • Will there be a family history lesson?
    • Yes, there will be family history sessions throughout the weekend where we’ll explore our roots, share stories, and celebrate our heritage.
  • Can I invite friends and extended family?
    • Yes, you’re welcome to invite friends and extended family! Just make sure to include them in your registration so we can plan accordingly.
  • What happens if it rains for the outdoor events?
    • In case of rain, outdoor events will be moved to an indoor location. Specific updates will be communicated closer to the event if necessary.
  • What if I need to cancel my attendance?
    • If you need to cancel your attendance, please notify us as soon as possible at nkareunion@gmail.com.
  • Are refunds available if I am no longer able to attend?
    • Regrettably, we are unable to offer refunds if you’re unable to attend. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Are payment plans available to pay for regristration?
    • Yes, payment plans are available. Please contact us at nkareunion@gmail.com for details and options.
  • Is the any additional fees/costs outside of the registration fee?
    • Please see registration page to see what is included in the registration fee. The registration fee does not cover flights, hotels, and tours.
  • What if I have not received my confirmation email for registration?
    • Please allow 2–3 business days for the confirmation email to be sent. In the meantime, kindly check your spam or junk folder, as emails may occasionally be filtered there. If you still haven't received it after this time, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.
  • Is this reunion wheelchair accessible?
    • Yes, the reunion venues are wheelchair accessible. Let us know if you need additional assistance.
