Can I get a refund after I buy my tickets?

No, we can’t provide refunds. Once you purchase a ticket to attend, you will not be able to get your money back if you decide not to go, regardless of the reason for your absence. We need to follow this policy for two reasons:

• • Financial responsibility - This policy is implemented to ensure the reunion committee has enough funds to cover the event costs like venue rental, catering, and entertainment, as they rely on ticket sales to cover these expenses.
  • Planning considerations - By not offering refunds, the committee can better manage attendee numbers and make accurate arrangements for the event.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, paid guests over 18 years of age are welcome.

Can I attend if I didn’t graduate from Sandia, but I attended many years with most of the alumni?

Yes, we welcome you! Please register on the website.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, we suggest these dress styles for the two evenings:

• • Friday - Business casual, professional but comfortable style that’s a cross between formal and casual clothing. 
  • Saturday - Casual, comfortable clothing suitable for everyday wear. 

Will there be a cash bar?

Yes, there will be a cash bar each evening. 

Is there an early bird price?

Yes, a discounted rate will be offered until June 30, 2025.

How close to the event can I get a hotel room at the “special rate”?

We have reserved a block of rooms for this event at the special rate.
