The most fun that I had in class was Latin III with Mr. Curran. We only had 6 students in the class and while it certainly wasn't a free for all, we enjoyed a lot of joking around and camaraderie since the class was so small. Mr. Curran is expected to attend our Reunion.

I'm really looking forward to reconnecting with my fellow classmates at the reunion. What a great bunch of friends you were during my teenage years!
I regret that I drifted away and got buried in my career, but it will be fun to see everyone again and I hope I can enjoy being friends with some of you again now that I'm retired and have time to enjoy friends again.

The "Jaws" movie was released in 1975. I remember going to a theater in Aurora to see it with Jerry Wagner. The woman sitting next to me grabbed my arm out of surprise when the shark attacked for the first time. She didn't apologize either.
Now the special effects in that movie seem so lame, but at the time it was pretty cool. At least it was pretty cool to somebody who went to the movies without a date.

8 Track tapes were state-of-the-art technology, although I don't think we called it "technology" back then. How cool to be able to have your own music choices on demand and be able to rewind and skip back and forth between tracks. I think they were everybody's favorite add-on car accessory.
