Anthony “Tony” William Perrotti, 54, of Clermont, Florida passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Thursday, July 30th, 2020 after a long and courageous battle with Gastric Cancer.

Tony leaves behind his devoted wife of 21 years, Jennifer “Detra” Perrotti, one son, Tristan Anthony Perrotti and one daughter, Sofia Angelina Perrotti, all of Clermont, Florida.

In addition, Tony leaves behind his Mother, Barbara J Perrotti, Ormond Beach, Fl, one sister, Gina Marie Strickland of Cumming, Ga and a multitude of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and in-laws.

Tony was preceded in death by his father, Louis William Perrotti of Ormond Beach.

Tony was born November 23,1965 in Bristol, Connecticut. He moved with his parents and sister to Ormond Beach, Florida in 1980. He attended and graduated from Seabreeze Senior High School, Daytona Beach, before chasing a vast number of dreams. Tony had a thirst for knowledge like you have never seen. He attended Daytona Beach Community College as well as Stetson University in Deland before entering the Navy. After a short time he chose to further his education in Engineering and Graduated from the University of Central Florida.

He settled in a rewarding 23 year career at Lockheed Martin in Orlando as a Guidance and Navigation Manager. “Unofficially” he was considered to be an engineering analyst and mathematician. He was highly respected and loved by all of his fellow employees. All were honored to have known him and grateful to work beside him.

Tony’s wife and children were his world. A true family man in every sense of the word, he spent every waking minute trying to be the most attentive husband and father he could be.

All who came in contact with Tony have the most beautiful thoughts and sentiments to share about him. He was a wonderful human being who left a lasting impression on all who were blessed to know him.

There will be a public visitation on Saturday, August 8th from 2-3 pm at DeGusipe Funeral Home in Maitland immediately followed by a ceremony to honor Tony from 3-4pm in the same location.
