ACelebration of The Life of Kelly Patricia Rand, 43, who went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 8, 2009, with her loving family around her, will be held on Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. at Celebration Christian Church, 1011 W. International Speedway Blvd., Daytona Beach, with The Reverends Dave And Sonja Phillips Officiating. Mrs. Rand was born on January 12, 1965 to Winslow and Judy Williams in Halifax Hospital, Daytona Beach. Mrs. Rand was a Sales Associate with Hudson Furniture, Ormond Beach and was the former Assistant District Commissioner for the Florida Youth Soccer Association. Mrs. Rand enjoyed the beach, animals and reading. Her biggest enjoyment was sharing time with her family. She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Bob Rand of Port Orange; daughter, Allison K. Rand; and son, Austin R. Rand, both of Port Orange; mother, Judy Williams of Port Orange; and brother and sister-in-law, Philip E. & Karrin Williams of St. Louis, Missouri. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Animal Rescue Need Intervention Foundation (ARNI Foundation), 600 Mason Ave, STE #140, Daytona Beach, FL 32114.
