David Edward Boggess, 74, of Dunbar, WV, passed away from a short illness on October 3, 2023, at CAMC Memorial Hospice. with his wife by his side.
He was the son of the late David Eugene Boggess and Mildred Jean (Shuck) Boggess. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Gary Wayne “Bucky” Boggess.
David is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Linda (Jarrett) Boggess.
David and his wife were the owners/operators of Black Angus Deli Meats in St. Albans, WV, for 22 years; where he strived to satisfy our customers’ requests for the best meat in the valley. He enjoyed spending his free time working on cars with his uncles and cousins and he lov...
