I have know Cecil since Jr high. At Wilson and even at SHS he would bum money for lunch and snacks every day. Needless to say he once told me he owed me a lot of money and then he would laugh.  Great guy

Cecil was always cutting up and making us laugh. He led an active life after school. Two mariages.  Two kids,   I have the pleasure of seeing him everyday, because I work with his brother, Rick at Berry Hills Country Club.  Rick looks so much like "Butch" as he calls him. Miss you Cecil.
