David Wayne Walker went home to be with the Lord on December 16, 2021. He was 73 years old and bravely served his country as a Vietnam Veteran.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Snodgrass Walker; father, John W. Walker; and brothers, John and Jerry.

He is survived by his sister, Sherry Walker and many nephews and nieces. He also is survived by his loving daughter, Melanie Walker.

He had a large family and friends that greatly cared for him. But more than anyone his daughter Melanie will deeply miss her dads’ love, his kind voice and beautiful blue eyes.

In David’s early years he worked in construction and masonry and was a jack of all trades.
