Below the Registration bar, select log in. Enter your email address. Then select forgot password.  You will be asked to re-enter your email. Then click the red bar, forgot password. If your email is found, you will receive an email. Then click on the reset link.  Then enter your email twice.  When you then click on log in you will be taken to your profile page.  Update your profile as desired Iand then BE SURE TO HIT SAVE.

 

In the future, once you have a valid email and password you can edit your profile as you wish by logging in.
