Charles R. "Chuck" Voyticky, 57, passed away June 28, 2013, at his residence.
Born Aug. 6, 1955, in Euclid, he was a lifelong Mentor resident.
Mr. Voyticky was an assistant supervisor of facilities at the Cleveland Clinic for 20 years. He enjoyed golfing, traveling to Las Vegas and spending his time with family.
Survivors are his siblings, Ken (Maureen) Voyticky of Painesville Township and Diane Voyticky of Mentor; nieces, Kristen (fiance Steve Galleazzo) Voyticky, Kimberly (Sean) McNally and Kathryn (Joseph) Panzarella; and great-nieces and great-nephews, Isabel, Vincent, Estelle, Michaela and Jackson. Additionally, he leaves his loyal companions, Delilah and PJ.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles J. and Christine Voyticky.
A celebration of Chuck's life will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 3, 2013, at the Reception Center located on the Brunner Campus, 8466 Mentor Ave., Mentor.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice in memory of Chuck.
