MARIO D'ALANNO age 91, Beloved husband of Anna (nee D'Amico). Loving father of Richard, Nancy Delsander (Mark) and Joanne DeVincentis (Mike). Devoted grandfather of Matthew, Emma and Dominic Delsander and Michael DeVincentis Jr. Dearest son of Paul and Evelina D'Alanno (both deceased). Loving brother of baby sister Anita (deceased). Brother-in-law of Anthony D'Amico (Mary Ann) and Norina Salvatore (Anthony, deceased). Uncle of many. US Navy veteran WWII and Korea. Retired 36 year teacher from St. Joseph High School. Interment Lake View Cemetery. Mass of Christian Burial 11 am Wednesday at Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish. What a teacher Mr. D was! Oh the war stories and great insight into historical events and impact of the events. He went out of his way to get you interested in history and why it was important. However, the stories and reenactments were worth the price of admission. One heck of a teacher and entertainer. May he rest in peace. God bless!
