tribute by Kenisia Turrentine TaylorGrandmother, I remember you With a heart full of grace and a spirit rooted in love, you left a legacy that continues to shine through all who knew you. You never had a cross word or raised voice—only kindness, warmth, and unwavering care for your family and community. To be loved by you was to be embraced without condition. You accepted everyone as family and carried us with a gentle strength that grounded generations. Your presence was a quiet comfort, your mornings began with faith, and your life was a living example of compassion and humility. I honor your memory not only with gratitude—for your love, your example, and your place at the heart of our family story. “Rise and shine, give God the glory.”
