Maryalice Lynch Nazaretian is President of the SterlingRisk Employee Benefits Group, which provides a comprehensive range of benefits and concierge services as well as innovative health coverage solutions. As President, she is responsible for producing, overseeing, and managing high level client and insurance company relationships as well as new business sales, cross selling, and account management. A proven expert in the field of employee benefits and a strong proponent of client relationships built on knowledge and advocacy, she provides her clients with critical guidance and serves as a trusted advisor. 

Among her many accomplishments at SterlingRisk, Maryalice has successfully built an entire service capabilities platform and was instrumental in harnessing new technology to enhance the client service experience. She and the Employee Benefits Group work with clients to develop strategies to retain valued employees, ensure compliance and ERISA obligations, assess programs, build essential core programs, maximize financial performance, and effectively manage risk.  

Maryalice has more than 30 years of experience in the employee benefits and group insurance industry. Prior to joining SterlingRisk in 1996, she was Vice President of Sales at EBP Healthplans, the nation's largest third-party administrator for self-funded midsize employers. A licensed Life/Health Broker, she holds an MBA in Management from Dowling College and a BS degree in Business Economics from the State University College at Oneonta.
