° In college and graduate school I was a Classics major (Latin & Ancient Greek) and I actually did use my major when I taught Latin in California public schools. ° I'm a survivor of life-threatening accidents and illnesses that have made me unafraid of death, so that I enjoy my life, present and future, every day that I can. (But I gave up bicycle riding, skiing, and riding a motorcycle.) ° I have been a volunteer, part-time test animal in medical laboratory research studies (at least I was until 2018). ° I am learning modern Hebrew online. ° I met my biological sister Serena Tarica (was that in 2003?). |
