Michael Wayne Lowe, age 42, of Ventura, passed away Feb. 25,1999,
Mr. Lowe was born Feb. 7,1957, in Ventura and had been a lifetime county resident.
He is survived by his mother, Billie N. Lowe of Ventura; brothers, Mark Lowe of Bakersfield and Martin Lowe of Los Angeles; sister, Lesa Lowe-Al va of Ventura; uncle and aunt, Avon and Jean Francisco; nephews, Matthew, Marc, and Derek Lowe; and nieces, Kendra, Kristen, and Chelsea Lowe.
Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, at Charles Carroll Funeral Home, 15Teloma Drive, Ventura. A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 28, at Ivy Lawn Memorial Park, Ventura, with Dr. Austin Coe officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Charles Carroll Funeral Home, Ventura."
