Mr. McWilliams was born May 24, 1957, in Ventura. He moved to Shasta County in 1980.
He is survived by parents LeRoy and Katherine McWilliams of Redding; brother LeRoy Jr. of Redding; sister Earleen Smith of Redding; and grandmothers Helen McWilliams of Ventura and Etha Bishop of Anderson.
Burial was in Anderson."
