Services for Kevin W. Richter, 20, of 318 Prospect Ave., Oak View, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Huber Chapel Mortuary, Simi Valley, with the Rev. Donald Kreymer, St. Francis Episcopal Church, Simi Valley, officiating. Burial will be in Simi Valley Cemetery
Mr. Richter died Sunday in Ojai after a brief illness. Born June 11, 1957, in Los Angeles, he was a 15-year resident of the county.
He is survived by his mother Mrs. Beatrice Richter, Simi Valley; brothers Robert and Dennis Broderick, both of Van Nuys, and Michael Richter, Simi Valley; sister Mrs. Char- lene Scotti, Cheyenne, Wyo.; grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Martin Richter, Tacoma, Wash., and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Dixon, Eagle Rock.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the mortuary. Contributions may be made to the memorial fund of St. Francis Episcopal Church, Simi Valley."
