"William John Stafford Jr.
William John Stafford Jr. passed away at Community Memorial Hospital March 6, 2014.
William "Bill" was born to William John Stafford Sr. (1934-1991) and Frances Stafford. He was the paternal grandson of Edward and Omelia Stafford and the maternal grandson of Gene and Nellie Chavez. He graduated from Ventura High School then met Annamarie Bustamante who later became his wife. Together they had two sons and two daughters.
He is warmly remembered as a sweet and goofy guy who could bring a smile to anyone’s face and as a skilled man of many hobbies. He loved spending time with his kids and his dog and could go nowhere without music playing. His goofy humor and contagious laughter will be sorely missed by those who knew him.
Bill is survived by his mother Frances Stafford, his sisters Deborah and Elizabeth Stafford, his children Phillip (wife Rebecca), Benjamin (wife Abbey), Joanne, and Denielle Stafford, four grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and one rat terrier named Zazu."
