Services for Dale M. Kurilchyk, 29, Ojai, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Ted Mayr Funeral Home, Ventura. Burial will follow in Ivy Lawn Memorial Park, Ventura.
Mr. Kurilchyk died Sunday of injuries suffered in an auto accident. He was born April 23, 1957, in Ventura and was a lifelong county resident.
Mr. Kurilchyk was a 1975 Ventura High School graduate and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by parents Michael and Edna of Ventura; brother Dar of Ventura; sisters Diane Vanes Haywood and Darlene Machele Compton, both of Ventura; three nephews; and one niece.
Friends may call until 8 p.m today and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home."
