PENLEY, Dennie E, 38, of 5610 S. Rudy Rd., Tipp City, OH, passed away Friday due to a traffic accident. He was preceded in death by his father, Carl, in 1977. He is survived by his wife, Beverly J. (Boone) Penley of Tipp City; his mother, Evelyn J. (Calton) Penley of Dayton; 1 son Justin M. at home; 1 sister, Maria Rhodes of Dayton, 1 brother, Darren Penley of Dayton, maternal grandmother, Nora Calton of Dayton, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was a Roofer for over 20 years and was a Union Trustee with Local #75. Funeral services 1:30 P.M. Monday, Tobias Funeral Home, Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton Xenia Rd., at Grange Hall Rd.
