I am a proud YaYa, of 8 beautiful grandkids. 2 boys and 6 girls. I have been everything from a file clerk, to a gift wrapper, to a operation manager of a major commutation and catv distributor for the world. I've been a CSR at a major Bank to a teller, and also a bill collecter up untill 9/11. I've owned my own businesses and I've managed alot of retail businesses. I've ironed and cleaned every lawyer, gone on to be judge shirts and cleaned houses. All while raising 3 boys, twins and plus one. I' was taking care of my dad for the last 10 years of his life and we were building a Barndaminiumn. So we could move dad in with us. It took a lot longer as we were taken by our builder for all the money it took to finish out our house and be able to move in. Dad never made it. But they are here both now. So now I take care of the property that I've had for 41 years I own it all now. 8 achers in Cash. I raised my kids in the country on my land. And now my son is doing the same.

I have been happily married to Karen Roland Hare for 36 years. I have a daughter with her and another daughter we folded into our family along the way. I have 4 beautiful, talented, cherished grandchildren. I have had a 40 year career in the consumer electronics industry. I still love to listen to my music and go to concerts and classic rock is still the staple of my playlist. I live in the past a lot less than I used to, but I must still say "RATZ RULE!!!!

I am a mother to two great boys, Michael and Chad Taylor. Michael is my oldest and Chad is my youngest, who is a drag racer and married my daughter-in-love Morgan. Morgan also drag races. I love going to visit them in South Carolina and going to watch them race. Michael lives close by me, so I see him almost every day. I also have a stepdaughter, Ashton whom I really claim as a daughter. Ashton has a son, Sylus who is my absolute heart.

As you can tell I love my family, going racing with my kids, and spending as much time as I can with Sylus. I have been married to Steve Mays since 2003, who keeps me on my toes. If you know Steve, you know what I mean…lol.

My husband Bob and I have three children and four grandchildren. I spent 22 years in local government and another 10 years in the private sector with a firm that provides recruitment, training, and interim services to local government organizations. We retired earlier this year and relocated to Fort Worth to be closer to our children and grandchildren. I serve on the South Central Texas Regional Committee of the Williams Syndrome Association. I enjoy traveling, painting, pottery, and spending time with family and friends.
