Mr. Charles Edward Mills, Jr., 58, a resident of Pam St., died Monday, June 1, 2015 at High Point Regional Hospital. He was born on January 26, 1957 in Loudon, TN to Betty Jean Cansler Rhymer. He worked for Trotter Brothers and attended North Carolina State University. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Michael Mills and Jimmy Woods. Surviving are his mother, Betty Jean Cansler Rhymer of Trinity; brother, Steven Woods and wife Sonya of Thomasville.
