GET ACQUAINTED NIGHT: Friday, August 16th

WHEN: 6:00pm-10:00pm

WHERE: KAPPA Hall, 5409 Beattis Ford Rd, Charlotte, NC, 28216

WHAT: The kick-off "mix and mingle" event featuring a "Rep Your Team" theme. Yes, that's right this is your time to shine by wearing your favorite sport's team attire. We will have Heavy Hors'douerves, beverages, music, and entertainment for both adults and children.

FAMILY PICNIC: Saturday, August 17th

WHEN: 1:00pm-6:00pm

WHERE: Les Myers Park, 338 Lawndale Ave SE, Concord, NC, 28025

WHAT:  A good ole-fashion BBQ true to our southern roots in the outskirts of Charlotte (about 35 minute drive from host hotel). We have both an indoor and outdoor shelter with direct access to bathrooms and both playgrounds. This is a picnic buffet with plenty of meats, sides, vegetarian options, desserts, and beverages. Entertainment includes music, a spades tournament, kickball and more!

BANQUET: Sunday, August 18th

WHEN: 3:00pm-6:00pm

WHERE: Sofie's Steakhouse, 2005 E. Arbors Dr., Charlotte, NC, 28262

WHAT: The finale event where we can dress to impress and enjoy fine dining. We will have the entire restaurant to ourselves. Dinner includes a buffet of steak, salmon, chicken, a vegeterian option, salad, two sides, dessert, beverages, and a live jazz band for entertainment.
