Charles "Charlie" Mast, age 51, passed away peacefully with his entire family at his side after a long battle with cancer at the Westland House in Monterey. Charlie was born in Baumholder, Germany, and resided in Marina, CA for most of his life. He was a graduate of Seaside High School, and he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from San Jose State University. Charlie was a realtor in the family business. He always loved to laugh and joke around with everyone; he always had a smile on his face and was a joy to be around. Anyone who knew Charlie was blessed to be around someone so special.
