He was born on May 28, 1956 in Munich, Germany and at the age of three, he
returned to Cleveland with his parents where he completed his elementary
and high school education at St. Gregory the Great Elementary School and
St. Joseph High School.

He is survived by his father, Lucian Cirino; brothers, Paul (Mary Anne), Jerry (Donna), and Jeff (Elizabeth); and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
