ROBERTSON TIMOTHY WILLIAM ROBERTSON passed away at the Cleveland Clinic on Thursday, April 21, 2011 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of 42 years to Georganne (nee Amon); loving father of Jeffrey Michael, Timothy William Jr., Melanie Ann and Kevin Charles; and proud grandfather to Timmy and Madeline. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ken and Virginia. Tim was born Nov. 30, 1944 in Cleveland, OH. He attended St. Aloysius and St. William's grade schools before graduating from St. Joseph High School in 1962. He received his degree in Mathematics from John Carroll University in 1966 followed by his Masters of Science degree in 1969. Tim began his 44 years of dedicated service at St. Joseph High School in 1967, influencing countless students and peers alike. He taught Advanced Placement Calculus his entire career and became Dean of VASJ in 1990. Prior to becoming Dean, he taught part time at John Carroll for 27 years. In addition to his teaching and administrative duties, Tim was involved in countless activities including but not limited to Math Department Chair, yearbook moderator, publicity director, bingo volunteer, sports statistician, school photographer and director of graduation ceremonies. Tim was inducted into the VASJ Hall of Fame in 1999, and received numerous other awards throughout the years for his dedication and commitment to the Viking community. Tim was also a Eucharistic Minister at Holy Cross Parish for many years. Funeral Mass Wednesday, April 27 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Parish (Holy Cross), 175 E. 200th St., Euclid, OH 44119. Family will receive friends at BRICKMAN BROS. FUNERAL HOME, 37433 EUCLID AVE., WILLOUGHBY, OH 44094, TUESDAY, APRIL 26 FROM 2-8 P.M.
