Steven John Strunge Sr., 69 of Delaware passed away unexpectedly Saturday, June 7, 2025 at Grady Memorial Hospital, with his wife and son by his side.

Born January 2, 1956 in Euclid, Ohio, he was the son of the late Steven John & Amelia (Skully) Strunge. Steve graduated from St. Joseph's High School in Euclid, Ohio in 1974, and also attended Ohio State University.

Left to cherish Steve's memory is his wife of 40 years, Penny (King) Strunge, son Steven John Strunge Jr., daughter Catherine M. (Jason Flam) Strunge, sister Linda (John) Bestvina, and nieces Kristin Bestvina and Lauren (Gil) Vignero.

Alan Thom

Alan was born on August 20,1956 in Euclid and passed away on March 7, 2024 at his home in Burton. He attended St. Paul’s school in Euclid and entered St. Joseph High School in the fall of 1971. His brother, Charles “Red” Thom followed two years later and graduated in1976. Both Alan and Red were key members of the ‘Beverly Hills Boys’ travelling basketball team that dominated in Home and Home action against “The Rowdies” from E. 200th street in the late sixties.
