Marital status: Single again
Children: 2
Occupation: Master Data Management Consultant
Comment: Upright and above ground. A good day.

At ~age 16, I decided my life goal was to not be a grumpy old person...and now that time is approaching.

The intent was not to wake up one day and go "ok, not going to be grumpy" but also knew it meant taking care of my health, surrounding myself with positive people (or tried to) but all with a realism of how the world works.

I survived (barely) 7 years of DV bur was determined to not let that shape me. I was then married for almost 33 years until it was time to not be married ant longer.

I have 2 wonderful sons, a host of good memories--including 4 years ranching in Wyoming. The last geographical move was to the PNW ("a small town near a big town" was how we searched the map) and have established my life here for almost 30 years.

In my career, I have held almost every role in "data processing" as it was initially called from master computer operator, change and problem manager, computer programmer, applications manager, security officer, project manager and more. I've installed networks, major computer systems, built a cath lab and was on the team that opened a drama 1 hospital. I sued IBM and won. But, my "me" is I put the anal in analyst and I'm an organizer. I broke many a glass ceiling where I had to prove a female could do the job. Yep.

Surrounded by friends and family...I declare myself NOT a grumpy old person.

Marital status: Married
Children: 1
Occupation: retired teacher
Comment: I married in 1990 and became step-mom to a 9 year old daughter. Husband and I now have a 17 year old granddaughter and 13 year old grandson.

I have been in North Carolina (by way of Maryland) since '95 when my husband's job moved us here. I taught US History or English for 36 years and retired in 2019.

I no longer play flute but took up swimming again and enjoy workouts with a Masters team and competing in Senior Games. A UU Fellowship, a book club and crocheting take up the rest of my days.

Loving Life!

Marital status: Married
Children: 5
Occupation: Tourism
Comment: My husband Larry and I have been married for 37 years this year. We have a blended family and between the two of us and have 5 children. Our children, from oldest to youngest, are: Jason Wilson, 46; Mindy Davis, 44; Mindy Singleton, 44; and Jamie Steele, 43. Tara Wilson passed in 2005 at the age of 29. She had Down Syndrome and passed due to complications. And yes, you read this right: we have two daughters named Mindy who are the same age. We also have 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

My career has included various administrative positions. My two longest included the Colorado Department of Transportation where I worked for 15 years in the Office of Highway Safety. In that office we were responsible for DUI enforcement, Motorcycle Safety, Pedestrian Safety, Bicycle Safety, Seat Belts, Child Safety Seats, Fatal Accident Reporting, etc. I then moved on to serve as the Business Manager for the National Association of State Motorcycle Safety Administrators. I ran the business out of my home and coordinated conferences on an annual basis across the United States. I held that position for 11 years.

We lived in Colorado until 2021. We actually lived about 6 blocks south of AHS for 18 years. Mindy Davis and Jamie Steele both attended AHS.

In 2021 we moved to Arkansas where we live in a log cabin on an acre of land with a seasonal lake view. It has been a dream of ours to live a slower, remote life for quite some time. We are happy here. Except for the humidity; I really don't like that.

I am currently working in the tourism business where we offer guided UTV tours. I tried retirement for awhile and it just wasn't for me. I enjoy staying busy and feeling useful.

Although I won't be at the reunion I wish each and every one of you well.

If you know me and want to chat, feel free to send me a message.

Stay Strong Warriors!

Marital status: Married
Children: 1
Occupation: Aerospace Quality Engineer - Semi-retired
Comment: After High School, I kicked around a few local jobs. USAF veteran 1976 - 1982 E-4/SGT/K-9. Most of my work has been with Honeywell when it was on Dry Creek Rd., Lockheed Martin in Waterton, and lastly with GE Aerospace in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Married to the same wonderful woman since 1979 (Estes Park), fantastic mountain wedding and honeymoon. Unfortunately handicap and mobility logistics will keep us away from this reunion. It's been a good run despite two heart attacks.
