Merchant Information
All Merchant Applications must be submitted by May 9, 2026 or they will not be considered. Please complete this application electronically or print and scan the completed application. All Merchant printed applications or questions should be sent to: david_black42@yahoo.com. Merchants will not be able to set up on site without confirmation of approved application and a copy of liability insurance with the “Cooper’s Lake Event Venue and Campground” endorsement.
Merchants and up to three assistants per merchant are permitted to arrive Wednesday May 27, 2026. There will be an extra charge of $13.00 per person camping fee.
Merchants will be listed as they are approved for the event.
