What you need to know:

This one-and-a-half-day grantee conference is sponsored by the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP) and hosted in partnership with your technical assistance (TA) team from the Georgia Health Policy Center. This year's conference will bring together rural programs from across the Rural Maternity and Obstetrics Management Strategies (Rural MOMS) and Delta Maternal Care Coordination (Delta MCC) programs, providing an opportunity to connect with others. 

Two people from your FORHP-funded project may attend. Please plan to be present from 8:00 AM ET on Tuesday, August 26 through 12:30 PM ET on Wednesday, August 27, 2025. The meeting will take place in Rockville, Maryland, just outside of Washington, DC. We recommend flying into Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) and scheduling your return flight no earlier than 3:30 PM ET to allow time to attend the full conference and travel to the airport.

Important Information:

In readiness for the conference, please note the following points regarding access to the venue:

• All visitors must enter through the main entrance located on Fishers Lane and allow for up to 30 minutes to complete security.
• Visitors over 16 years of age should provide a valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver's license or passport.
• Visitors are required to submit to a personal inspection consisting of x-raying all packages and/or bags and the use of magnetometers (metal detectors).
