Willie C. Hinton

Mrs. Willie C. Guy-Hinton was born March 27, 1941 in Horn Lake, Mississippi to the late Frank and Lula Guy. Willie was the thirteenth child.
Willie confesses the hope in Christ at an early age at Phoenix Chapel A.M.E. Church.
She attended Iredell Grammar School and Booker T. Washington High School. After graduation Willie attended Lymone College.
She moved to Chicago, where she met and married Morris Hinton. To this union one son was born, Patrick Guy Hinton.
Willie joined Kelly U.M.C. where she was a Member for many years. After leaving Kelly, she joined Chicagoland Bible Fellowship Church.
Willie leaves to mourn a loving son, Patrick, daughter-in-law, Marilyn: two grandchildren, Matthew and Alicia; three sisters, Garner Lester (Claudius), Edna Johnson, and Emma Robinson (Taylor); two brothers, Elias Guy and Melvin Guy; five sisters-in-law and a host of relatives and friends. Seven brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.

2. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures:
he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the
past of righteousness for his name's sake.
