Hello family and friends,
On August 9, 2009, the world lost a great man, James W. Deppe, to Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. Our father was diagnosed at the early age of 53 and passed away from this terrible disease at 61, leaving a hole in all of our hearts. Since his passing, we have committed to honoring his memory by raising money and awareness.
This year we will host our 12th annual Kick Cancer (Kickball) Tournament on Saturday, May 3rd, at the North Creek Ski Bowl. All proceeds raised will benefit the Randy's Patient Assistant Program for the C.R. Wood Cancer Center at Glens Falls Hospital. This program is used to help cover the costs and copayments for treatments and medications as well as gas cards and other transportation costs patients may face. This program is 100% supported by donations and 100% goes back into the community to use at a time when it is needed most.
